As Head of Sales at Land Rover Mayfair, you'll be driving forwards the financial results of one of the most luxurious automotive brands in the market, empowering your team to be the best they can be, whilst being fuelled by the opportunity to thrive in your career along the way.

This is an ideal chance for a passionate and collaborative individual to transform the automotive industry, in an innovative place that recognises drive and commitment.


Based at our flagship Land Rover Mayfair retailer, you'll be working within the world's first Land Rover luxury boutique, at a prime location in Central London which has received major investment.

With the prestigious Stratstone brand having been established in Mayfair for over 100 years, you'll be playing an instrumental role in automotive history, as we drive the brand ever forwards to exceed expectations and deliver a bespoke and truly unique service.


Working as a part of Land Rover, you'll be brushing shoulders with some of Britain's most iconic vehicles on the market, every day.

Creating an integral part of Britain's automotive heritage, Jaguar Land Rover designers and engineers have developed a blend of pulse-raising performance and all-terrain confidence, encapsulating the epitome of luxury.

You'll be guiding your team to be the best they can be, taking their customers on their journey to own a piece of art in the form of classic British vehicles.


What you'll have the opportunity to be involved with:

  • Being accountable for delivering top financial results, by offering a first-class experience for our customers
  • Controlling costs in the departmental budget
  • Taking responsibility for the daytoday leadership of your sales team, whilst driving the dealership volume and gross profit
  • Driving forwards enquiry conversion and Finance and Insurance profitability
  • Ensuring the endtoend sales process standards are met, and showroom standards are maintained to high manufacturer standards
  • Delivering outstanding levels of customer service, and coaching your team of Associates to do the same

Do you have what it takes to be a Pendragon Associate? We're looking for someone who is:

  • Experienced in a sales department within the automotive industry, being driven by a passion for our industry, ideally with knowledge of the LR franchise
  • Knowledgeable of vehicle, consumer credit and trade practice legislation, plus able to satisfy the requirements of GI Compliance and be of 'good financial repute'
  • Experienced in managing a departmental budget and leading a team, with the ability to motivate and coach people to be the best they can be
  • Customer orientated, with excellent communication skills and a peoplefirst, collaborative and professional mindset
  • Driven to exceed expectations, with proven experience of exceeding set targets and objectives, working additional hours as required and keeping an openminded approach
  • Qualified to drive with a valid driving licence
