About Our Client

Our client is a leading investment business and they are looking for a Temporary Customer Service Advisor to join their Manchester team on an on-going temporary basis This role has the opportunity to go perm.

Job Description

As a Temporary Customer Service Advisor you will be:

  • Handle incoming calls as well as emails from customers
  • Providing updates to the customer
  • Handling any customer complaints
  • Ad-hoc duties as and when required

The Successful Applicant

To be successful in this role:

  • 1 year experience within Customer Service, particularly in a telephony role
  • Ability to prioritise workload and organise tasks
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Professional and confident telephone manner
  • Able to work on your own initiative, within a team environment
  • Impeccable customer service skills
  • Proven track record building and maintaining customer relationships
