We have an exciting new opportunity at our beautiful Care Home, Hanford Manor

We are looking to recruit a Senior Night Care Assistant to join our Care Team.

We are based in Hanford, Stoke on Trent, which has public transport links available and a private car park for employees who drive.

Shift pattern available is set shifts on rotation: 3 shifts one week, 4 shifts the next. Hiring for nights (8pm-8am)

Salary:
£12.50-£13.00 per hour
. Plus night enhancement bonus.

Your duties will include:

  • Working as a team with other care staff, delegating tasks and monitoring the team
  • Assisting service users with dressing, bathing and all other needs.
  • Help to promote mental health and wellbeing of individuals through activities
  • Maintain cleanliness of communal areas
  • Answer call buzzers, door bells, greet visitors and professionals
  • Complete medication rounds
  • Read and write care plans and reports
  • Complete audits
  • Take part in regular training and meetings
