We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Transformation Lead to join our team at NHS Staffordshire & Stoke On Trent Integrated Care Board. As a key member of our End of Life, Long Term Conditions and Frailty Portfolio, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of palliative care and end of life services in our region.
Key Responsibilities- Provide strategic leadership and oversight to ensure the delivery of high-quality, safe palliative and end of life care across the Integrated Care System.
- Collaborate with partners across the ICS to identify and implement strategies and policies that improve outcomes and experiences for patients and their carers.
- Work closely with stakeholders to redesign, modernise, and improve services, ensuring that they are tailored to the needs of individuals.
- Communicate effectively with staff at all levels, both internally and externally, to ensure seamless collaboration and coordination.
- Oversee and deliver the Palliative Care and End of Life transformation plans for the system, reporting progress and managing risk to the programme board.
NHS Staffordshire & Stoke On Trent Integrated Care Board is responsible for planning functions, managing the NHS budget, and arranging the provision of health services in our geographical area. Requirements- Experience of working across agency and organisational boundaries.
- Ability to communicate complex information effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to negotiate on difficult and controversial issues, including contracting, performance, and change.
- Ability to critically appraise research evidence and interpret its relevance to system reform.
- Ability to apply expert analytical skills to highly complex issues.
- Postgraduate qualification in a relevant field, or equivalent experience working at a senior level in service transformation/commissioning.
