Role and Responsibilities:

  • Respond to client queries in a timely manner
  • Process orders and issue weekly order updates
  • Process and upload forecasts
  • Manage inventory reports & stock reservations
  • Obtain quotations from suppliers
  • Manage customer outstanding order books
  • Monitor incoming stock
  • Communicate with the clients and line manager
  • Monitor credit line & communicate with accounts
  • Make records of customer interaction

Personal Qualities:

  • Experience within a similar role is desirable
  • Strong admin & customer service experience
  • Ability to work to a high degree of accuracy
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
