About the Trust
Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership Trust provides a full range of expanding physical, mental health and learning disability services to children, young adults, adults, and older adults over many sites across Coventry, Warwickshire, and Solihull.

What you'll be responsible for:
- Supporting the Front Office with administrative tasks
- Obtaining quotes, raising, and progressing procurement orders for hardware and software; dealing with Finance and Purchasing Depts
- Keeps records of IT equipment stock and its allocation, regular stocktaking
- Work closely with and support the Front Office Leads with administrative tasksThe role will involve, but not be limited to you performing the above
You'll learn the following whilst working at the trust:
- An in depth understanding of the roles and responsibilities involved in working within the NHS
- Knowledge of the systems used, to effectively complete your role to the highest standard at all times
- A sense of teamwork, gained through working alongside and supporting colleagues from all levels, within the organisation
You'll have the following skills/experience:
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing
- Previous administrative experience
- Knowledge of SLA and KPI reporting
- Computer literate, specifically Microsoft office packages
- Relevant experience of working in a busy IT environment
