Job Title: Service Delivery Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Delivery Manager to oversee the delivery of our services in Coventry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure service delivery performance meets agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Act as a Single Point of Contact (SPoC) for customers
  • Plan and manage service budgets
  • Establish Key Performance Indicator (KPI) monitoring and reporting
  • Coordinate report preparation and lead regular meetings with customers
  • Review and produce operational documents and manuals
  • Risk and opportunity management
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement
  • Customer management and cooperation with internal stakeholders
  • Participate in bid teams and prepare documents and procedures

Requirements:

  • 10-15 years of experience in a similar position
  • Native English language skills
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes
  • Collaboration and ITSM tool skills (e.g. Jira, Confluence)
  • Offer preparation skills
  • Demonstrable contract and commercial management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good organizational skills
  • Project/Bid team management experience
