Job Title: Service Delivery Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Delivery Manager to oversee the delivery of our services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure service delivery performance meets agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Act as a Single Point of Contact (SPoC) for customers, providing timely and effective support
  • Develop and manage service budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources
  • Establish and maintain Key Performance Indicator (KPI) monitoring and reporting
  • Coordinate the preparation of reports for customers and lead regular meetings
  • Review, coordinate preparation, and produce operational documents and manuals for customers
  • Manage risk and opportunities, driving a culture of continuous improvement
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements:

  • 10-15 years of experience in a similar position
  • Native English language skills
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes
  • Experience with collaboration and IT Service Management (ITSM) tools
  • Skills in preparing offers for customers
  • Demonstrable contract management and commercial management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good organizational skills
