Transport Team Manager - Coventry

Overview: This is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift schedule (4 on, 4 off). As a Transport Team Manager at Food Service Logistics, you will oversee the operational division for Starbucks, managing drivers and activities to meet and exceed client expectations. The role is based at our Coventry depot.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Fleet management for a wide range of vehicles.
  2. Conducting productive, on-time performance reviews.

Essential Criteria:

  1. Proven experience with multi-drop deliveries and planning.
  2. Significant experience in a managerial position within Transport or Logistics.
  3. Understanding of reporting and recording performance statistics.
  4. Knowledge of Transport management systems.
  5. Up-to-date knowledge of Transport processes.
