Service Delivery Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Service Delivery Manager to oversee the performance of our service delivery within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs). As a key member of our team, you will act as a Single Point of Contact (SPoC) for our customers, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage service budgets to ensure optimal resource allocation.
  • Establish and maintain KPI monitoring and reporting to track service performance.
  • Coordinate the preparation of reports for our customers and lead regular meetings to ensure alignment and issue resolution.
  • Review, coordinate preparation, and produce operational documents and manuals for our customers.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement, focusing on service quality, efficiency, and commercial performance.
  • Manage customer relationships and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery.
  • Participate in bid teams and prepare documents, operational procedures, processes, and calculations for bids.

Our Requirements:

  • 10-15 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Native English language proficiency.
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes and collaboration/ITSM tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
  • Skills in preparing offers for customers.
  • Demonstrable contract management and commercial management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Management of a project/bid team would be beneficial.
