You'll bring Consulting expertise gained within a consulting environment and be keen to utilise and develop these further. You must be able to demonstrate strategic thinking alongside operational brilliance.
You'll be able to demonstrate a solid track record of achieving HR transformation, workforce planning, culture transformation and being people centric in your approach.
We meet our clients where they are – so you must be prepared to travel to clients weekly which will mean overnight stays away from home.
If you have expertise in helping transform organizations through organizational redesign, cost reduction, organizational effectiveness and re-modelling, we'd love to hear from you.
You'll also be able to demonstrate a solid understanding of working alongside Trade Unions (where applicable) to achieve the best outcome and transformation.
We design and deliver the new strategy / solution so you must be enthusiastic to lead from the front and ensure all levels within an organization understand the importance of their role within the programme of change.
You'll thrive on driving meaningful change to ensure sustainability and help future proof organizations as demands from both employees and the markets increase.
Primary Responsibilities
- Design and lead the delivery of programmes addressing our client's key workforce challenges.
- Provide technical expertise and delivery in areas including organizational strategy, people strategy, organizational effectiveness, workforce strategy, organizational design, job architecture, career mobility, talent paths, job evaluation, competency modelling, performance and rewards management.
- Create powerful partnerships with clients based on quality and trust, providing credible counsel on the decisions to drive change.
- Support our growth – by applying sector and subject expertise to business development activities, ranging from thought-leadership and client conversations to formal proposals.
- Champion our culture, providing counsel, coaching, and support to team members and our wider consulting family.
Education to Bachelor degree levelnSolid experience within a Consulting environmentnExpertise in organisational design and re-structuring, and related areas of organisational development such as job analysis and evaluation, reward, as well as project and change management.nExperience and passion for working in a consultancy.nOutstanding written and verbal communications skills, with experience in coaching stakeholders through complex decisions.nExperience of working to demanding deadlines in a project-driven environment.nExperience in the delivery of workstreams or programmes that bring about large scale or complex workforce reform.
