The firm has over 6,500 professionals worldwide who work with clients to optimize their business, improve their operations and risk profile, and accelerate their organizational performance.
We are currently seeking a Regional Human Capital Director to support our UK & Ireland region. This is a 15-month maternity-cover contract, starting in October/November 2024.
The Regional Human Capital Director will be responsible for leading and managing our UK & Ireland HR function, ensuring the delivery of high-quality HR services and support to the organization.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing human capital strategies, policies, and programs that align with the company's objectives and promote a positive work culture.
- Providing guidance and support to managers and employees on a wide range of HR matters, including employee engagement, employee relations, performance management, and policy development.
- Leading a team of HR professionals who deliver proactive and business-focused HR advice and services for the UK and Ireland region.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven people management experience.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience of Workday is highly advantageous.
