A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a driven and experienced HR Business Partner to join a leading Retail organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice and guidance on HR issues such as disciplinary, capability, grievance, absence management, and organisational change.
  • Lead restructuring and change programmes, ensuring legislative and statutory requirements are met.
  • Support key operational and strategic HR initiatives.
  • Provide assistance and guidance during complex employment relation cases.
  • Lead organisationwide initiatives to improve wellbeing and engagement.
  • Manage delegated projects as directed by senior HR management.
  • Take a lead role in innovating HR policies, procedures, and management toolkits.

Requirements:

  • CIPD qualified.
  • Proven experience in a fastpaced, preferably agile environment.
  • HR Generalist background with a specialism in change management and ER.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law in relation to change management activities.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Professional, personable, and able to hit the ground running.
  • Excellent coaching and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in delivery of Group People Plan activities/change initiatives in designated business area.
