About The Role:


Working at Bristol International Airport, you will be working on rotating days and nights shift basis between Monday and Sunday.

Days and Nights front desk host,


The Desk Host will efficiently run either the landside or airside desk and be the friendly first point of contact for all passengers requiring assistance as per their requirements.


Main Duties:

  • Ensure excellent customer service is shown to all passengers
  • Promptly answers the Phone in a friendly and courteous manner
  • Ensure Host Desk is manned at all times and arrange cover when required
  • Ensure all Electric Mobility Aids (EMA) are tagged prior to going airside

To be successful in the role, you will need:

  • Previous customer service / reception experience is essential
  • IT literate
