About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Receptionist to join our team at Dick Lovett. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients visiting our Sales, Service, and Parts departments.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet all customers entering the dealership and assist with their requirements while on site.
  • Provide a warm and welcoming environment for our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Work closely with our Sales, Service, and Parts teams to ensure seamless communication and a positive customer experience.
  • Assist with leading a team of 10 Receptionists/Hosts, providing guidance and support as needed.

Requirements:

  • Experience of a busy reception desk/switchboard environment.
  • Exceptional hosting skills, with the ability to interact with a variety of customers with differing needs and requirements.
  • Previous supervisory experience, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
