Our team is made up of diverse individuals who share our values and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. We are currently seeking a skilled Receptionist - Guest Services Host to join our team in the Bristol offices of a client in the financial services industry.

Job Summary

The Receptionist - Guest Services Host will be the primary point of contact for all queries and will work closely with our staff and service partners to provide outstanding customer service. This role requires a friendly and welcoming demeanor, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a warm and welcoming experience for guests and clients
  • Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls and responding to emails
  • Coordinate with staff and service partners to ensure seamless delivery of customer service
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture
