Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure a warm and inclusive atmosphere for all customers.
  • Engage with customers, valuing their feedback to enhance our services.
  • Act as the central point of contact at the information desk, contributing to the smooth operation of the centre.
  • Manage lost property, facilitating returns to customers when possible.
  • Support the accessibility centre, loaning mobility equipment and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.
  • Adhere to health, safety, and safeguarding procedures, reporting incidents promptly.
  • Participate in site emergency management and first aid responder training.

About You:

  • You'll have a genuine interest in customer service, with a willingness to learn and grow.
  • Bring a positive, energetic attitude and a can-do spirit.
  • Be reliable, relatable, and authentic in your interactions.
