We're looking for a skilled Customer Service Ambassador to join our Premier Inn team in Bristol East (Emersons Green). As a key member of our front desk team, you'll be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm and welcoming experience from the moment they arrive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Work closely with the housekeeping team to ensure rooms are prepared to a high standard, making sure our guests feel at home.
  • Manage the front desk, handling check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments efficiently and effectively.
  • Process payments, handle customer complaints, and maintain accurate records.
