£40,000 to £50,000 + bonus + share options

The Role


Our client is a sales consultancy focused on helping their customers achieve new sales revenues through their focus on providing services around research, lead generation, sales management, and consultancy.

They operate predominately in the IT Industry, and they work with some large and established IT brands.

In addition to these brands, they work with many other innovative software and services companies helping them grow their businesses.


As the Head of Operations, you will lead the projects, successfully managing the team, ensuring relationships are nurtured and developed, KPIs are met.

and clients are satisfied that they have received a best-in-class service.

You will have around 10 live projects at any given time and will have operational responsibility for the successful delivery of these.

Experience and skills required

  • Previous senior operational role or project management experience

  • Exceptional relationship management experience
  • Strong leadership
  • Microsoft Office/Excel skills/Slack/Teams
  • Experience working with SAAS/IT Software industries would be desirable
