As our Head Housekeeper, you'll take charge of our beautiful properties across Bath, ensuring they shine with the PureStay standard of excellence. You'll also help us maintain top-notch standards across our entire UK portfolio, bringing your flair for quality and your eye for detail to every corner of our operations.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, inspire, and work alongside our housekeeping team, creating a positive environment where everyone thrives.
- Ensure every property is spotless and guest-ready through regular spot-checks and audits.
- Constantly look for ways to improve our cleaning operations, making our service even more efficient and our guests even happier.
- Manage housekeeping stocks, conduct periodic audits of our serviced accommodation inventories, and oversee supplier contracts.
- Ensure that all staff under your supervision are aware of COSHH regulations and comply with them.
- Experience: 4-6 years in housekeeping, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- People Skills: A natural leader who knows how to motivate and bring out the best in your team.
- Detail-Oriented: An eagle eye for detail and a commitment to perfection.
- Problem-Solver: Resourceful, quick-thinking, and always ready to tackle challenges head-on.
