Are you an 'early-bird'? Home Instead Oxford have opportunities to support our clients with their morning routines and get ready for the day ahead.


Becoming a Morning Carer with Home Instead means you'll become part of our family and be able to make a difference to our clients in their own homes.

The role involves supporting with meal preparation, administering medication, helping with personal care, giving companionship, help around the house and much more.


Our visits can start from 6:45am and we can offer full or part time roles to work around you and your current commitments.


The role involves:

  • Making a fresh, hot meal
  • Encouraging hydration
  • Helping around the house with tasks such as laundry and washing up
  • Support with personal care
  • Administer medication and record as necessary
  • Companionship
  • Collect shopping and prescriptions

A great care assistant will be:

  • Kind, caring and compassionate
  • Have a listening ear
  • Have empathy
  • Someone with a good heart


All we need from you is your commitment to our clients, and a driving licence would be ideal due to the nature of the role.


We can offer you:

£12.75 per hour weekdays &
£13.75 per hour for weekends

  • Paid travel time at £10.50 per hour
  • Paid expert training
  • Bank Holiday pay rate of £25.50 per hour
  • Paid Enhanced DBS prior to joining
  • Paid holiday
  • Free Blue Light Card
