About the Role:
Oxford Aunts Care is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team. As a Care Assistant, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes, enabling them to live independently and maintain their dignity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
- Assist with household duties, such as cleaning and laundry
- Support safe mobility in and outside of the home
- Offer companionship and social interaction
- Run general errands, such as completing the weekly shop or collecting prescriptions
Requirements:
- Three months of previous experience caring for a loved one or paid experience as a care assistant, domiciliary carer, support worker, or personal healthcare assistant
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- A driving licence and own transport is essential
- Good IT skills, as all of our systems are online
- The right to work in the UK
