Job Description

Are you looking to work a few hours a week and enjoy being around others?
Is care something you've always wanted to get into but aren't able to commit to long shifts?

We are looking for new Morning Carer's to join our team on a part time basis and support our clients from 8am with their morning routines. 
We would be looking for you to start from 8am in the morning, but do not need you to commit a full day and so you still have time for your other commitments. 

As a Morning Carer with us, we can offer you:

  • £12.75 per hour during the week and £13.75 per hour on a weekend
  • £25.50 per hour on a bank holiday
  • Full induction and ongoing training and support
  • Travel time and mileage paid to you between visits
  • Regular hours and minimum visits of 1 hour with clients you are visiting
  • Build relationships with those you support
  • Early-Pay access - enabling you to access your pay ahead of payday
  • Employee Assistance Programme - free confidential support 24/7
  • Free Blue Light Card
  • Fun, supportive office team and an open door policy

All we need from you is to have the availability to commit to the same days & times each week, plus an alternate weekend. 
Due to the nature of the role, a full driving licence and access to a vehicle is also preferred. 
We would also need you be aged 18 or over.
