About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Morning Carer to join our team at Home Instead. As a Morning Carer, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients with their morning routines, ensuring they start their day with dignity and independence.

Key Responsibilities

• Support clients with their morning routines, including personal care and medication management
• Assist with household tasks, such as laundry and light housekeeping
• Prepare healthy meals and snacks for clients
• Encourage clients to engage in activities that promote mental and physical well-being
• Maintain accurate records of client care and progress

• A competitive hourly rate of £12.75 during the week and £13.75 on weekends
• A £25.50 hourly rate on bank holidays

Requirements

• Aged 18 or over
• Full driving licence and access to a vehicle (preferred)
• Availability to commit to the same days and times each week, plus an alternate weekend
