The main duties for this role involve:
  • Managing a varied workload efficiently and meeting customer SLAs under pressure

  • Demonstrate the drive to achieve daily targets and deadlines while upholding a strong work ethic
  • Previous experience in Customer Service (both face to face and office environment)
