A global culinary group is seeking an experienced retail consultant who can offer part time advice to the brand across a broad range of areas within their business.

Their immediate areas of interest include retail operations and logistics, merchandising, customer experience, and marketing.

However, they are seeking someone who can take a holistic look at the business, to help take the company to the next level.


Responsibilities:

  • Run a thorough assessment and analysis of all current operations, instore, online, and throughout the supply chain
  • Analyse customer behaviour and trends, and compare against market benchmarks
  • Monitor performance against KPIs and create regular reports to be circulated with findings and recommendations

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a combination of both consulting and retail management, with demonstrable experience in creating growth and change
  • Current retail market knowledge, and understanding of market trends in consumer behaviour
  • Exposure to different retail management systems and technology

  • Duration: Part time (flexible commitment on days) for 2 months
