As part of our expansion into new territories and a significant ERP upgrade across 20+ locations, we are seeking a candidate with prior experience in PMO roles within multi-site organisations. The right person will play a crucial role in our growth plans.

The EPMO Director is pivotal in connecting strategy, execution, and impact measurement. By ensuring strategic alignment for all assignments throughout the organization, not just individual projects, you will standardize project management processes and data handling to facilitate better decision-making for all.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES


Create a central hub for project plans, communication, and resources, accurately scheduling phases and tasks
Identify and address project threats with precise timelines, budgeting, and visual aids
Optimize resource allocation to accommodate unexpected challenges without derailing projects
Develop templates from successful projects to streamline future planning processes
Establish a unified repository for all project-related materials, such as forms, minutes, and assets
Define workflows and processes to enhance team efficiency
Plan and execute new initiatives by defining scope, goals, resources, budget, and timeline

Ensure alignment of new projects with company priorities and resource availability
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for maximum ROI and adherence to project requirements
Conduct regular planning sessions for programs, setting goals, KPIs, sequencing, and timelines
Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to meet project requirements
Manage program risks, generate reports and dashboards, and communicate effectively with stakeholders
Develop and implement project communication plans and manage change requests efficiently
Ensure team discipline and accountability towards plan execution

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar EPMO role, building high-performing teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously while engaging diverse stakeholders. Familiarity with large Cap-Ex projects and IT programmes is a plus.

This position offers a competitive six-figure base salary and an excellent benefits package.
