Reporting Manager Opportunity

Intersect Global Limited is seeking a skilled Reporting Manager to join their team in Central London. As a Reporting Manager, you will play a critical role in enabling the company to achieve its strategic ambitions by delivering insights on the health of the portfolio.

The Role

Reporting to the Head of Data & Reporting, you will manage internal and external reporting relating to the Enterprise Portfolio. Your focus will be on delivering timely insights to the executive committee to inform strategic decision-making and drive delivery efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and deliver data-driven reports to ensure initiatives are delivered per plan from a scope, timeline, resource, cost, and benefits perspective.
  2. Establish and manage the routine reporting cadence, including delivery of a monthly report to OpCo, ensuring alignment with EPMO objectives and stakeholder needs.
  3. Support the Head of Data & Reporting to deliver all EPMO-related regulatory reporting.
  4. Oversee compliance of reporting activities with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
  5. Coordinate with functional / directorate stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate data capture and reporting.
  6. Design and maintain reporting templates and tools that support EPMO functions.
  7. Analyse reporting data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will be educated to Degree level and have experience in Project or Programme Management with a thorough understanding of Project Management methodologies. Portfolio Reporting expertise within a regulatory environment and experience with data analysis and reporting tools are essential. First-class communication skills are required.
