Are you an immediately available Event Manager with experience planning and delivering large-scale in-person and virtual tradeshows and events? LHH is recruiting an Events Manager on a 12-month day-rate contract, paying £240/day for a renowned global B2BSaaS business in Brighton.
The Event Manager will be responsible for the 360-event process, managing timelines, suppliers, and budgets and working closely with colleagues in audience management and partner marketing to drive event uptake and the successful execution of events.
Key Responsibilities of the Event Manager:
- Deliver a programme of global live and virtual events
- Manage event timelines, deliverables, suppliers and logistics
- Introduce and utilise the latest trends and tools in the virtual event space to ensure best practice and audience outcomes
- Provide analytics, reporting and feedback on events to the business
- Assist with budgeting, budget reporting and data analytics
- Work with the wider marketing to promote events, increase attendance numbers and drive audience participation
Skills and Experience of the Event Manager:
- Experience working on large-scale in-person and virtual events is essential
- Proven experience managing events budgets, suppliers and logistics
- Experience working with marketing teams to drive event uptake, participation and feedback
- Driven personality with a "can do" attitude and great organisational skills
