Marketing Manager

Lipton Media is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to lead their marketing efforts and support their rapidly growing team.
This is a hybrid working opportunity located in East Sussex, with a focus on developing and implementing a marketing plan that supports the company's targets for new business.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a marketing plan that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
- Support sales activities by promoting the company's expertise and brand.
- Produce and publish tailored content in various formats across the website and social media.
- Monitor, track, and analyze the outcome of each campaign.
- Manage relationships with external collaborators, including copywriters, graphic designers, and printers.
- Potentially travel to attend trade events or create content at client events.
- At least 3 years' experience working in a B2B background.
- Proven experience in developing and executing matrix-driven marketing campaigns.
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM.
- Expertise in using SEO to write creative copy.
- Ability to produce engaging on-brand content with support when required.
- Solid understanding of social media best practices and scheduling tools.
- Understanding of sustainability practices is a bonus.
