Lipton Media, a leading media events agency based in East Sussex, is seeking a highly talented Marketing Manager to join their rapidly growing marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement a marketing plan that supports business targets for new business.
  2. Support sales activities by promoting expertise and brand.
  3. Produce and publish tailored content in various formats across the website and social media.

Requirements:

  1. At least 3 years' experience working from a B2B background.
  2. Proven experience in developing and executing matrix-driven marketing campaigns.
  3. Experience with marketing automation and CRM.
  4. Expertise with using SEO to write creative copy.
  5. Ability to produce engaging on-brand content (written, audio, video) with support when required.
  6. Solid understanding of social media best practices and scheduling tools.
  7. Understanding of sustainability practices would be a bonus.
