Clearwell Mobility is the South East's leading retailer of mobility aids for the elderly and less able.

Established in 2004 we have 12 showrooms and are now recruiting for a Sales Assistant at our
Burgess Hill showroom.


We offer our customers a personal shopper type experience and encourage our team members to spend time with customers to get an understanding of them, their home environment and their aspirations.


Key responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with product selection, advise on product features and assess user requirements
  • Safely demonstrate the use of products
  • Process customers purchases, returns and exchanges along with the related admin tasks
  • Maintain the appearance of the showroom including appropriate stock display
  • Follow all systems and procedures correctly, effectively and consistently
  • Work with the manager to deliver relevant KPI's

Your qualities:

  • Warm personality and be easily approachable
  • Great communication skills
  • A team player with the ability to promote and help build a positive work environment
  • IT literate
  • Flexibility to work on a monthly rota basis
