Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic HR Partner: Partner and coach Line Managers on ways to engage their employees and lead effectively, and support them in implementing people plans for recruitment, training, and development.
- Coach and Advisor: Coach stakeholders on the full range of people matters, including complex employee relation issues, to drive performance and support employee engagement.
- HR Governance: Ensure governance and support on annual employee processes, such as performance and pay, and provide guidance on regional employment laws and processes.
- Talent Management: Lead the talent management process for regional client groups, including training needs analysis, development interventions, and succession plans.
- Recruitment and Attraction: Support the recruitment process and attraction of talent, and initiate a regional review and automation of key people processes to support business growth and improve efficiencies.
- Reporting and Analytics: Responsible for regular and ad-hoc reporting and data analytics to inform and initiate business decisions and improve the employee experience.
- Employee Workshops: Devise and facilitate employee workshops, including devising a program for Line Managers to support their development and leadership of employee relation issues.
- Project Management: Lead and implement ad-hoc projects and initiatives (Global and Local), and provide cover for Payroll & Benefits Specialist as needed.
- Stakeholder Management: Work in collaboration and provide support to the HR Business Partner for EE, and demonstrate strong change management and project management experience.
- Commercial Acumen: Demonstrate commercial acumen, and excellent stakeholder management with a proven ability and credibility to develop effective working relationships across geographies, functions, and complex businesses.
- Data Analysis: Numerate with strengths in interpreting and presenting data and information in Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Industry Knowledge: Up-to-date knowledge of good practice and emerging trends in the field of HR through active networking, etc.
- HR Disciplines: Experience across the different disciplines of HR, including reward, talent, and performance management.
- Coaching and Development: Passion for coaching and inspiring others to develop their full potential, and willing to travel regularly to other locations within the UK and EU and out on field sales trips.
