We are delighted to be collaborating with our client, a leading Law firm based in Edinburgh to recruit a Credit Controller/Finance Assistant to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.


Position reports to
Head of Finance

Location
Edinburgh

Salary
Depending on Experience

Role Purpose
Working within the Finance Department, your primary role will be Credit Control, and assistance to the Cash room.

Role Responsibilities

  • Manage queries to resolution through investigation, reconciliation & escalation
  • Dealing with invoice queries in an effective & timely manner
  • Primary Function Credit control
  • Working alongside the cash & finance department
  • Process & generate reminder letters & monthly statements
  • General ledger reconciliations

Key Skills

  • Experience of working within a Cash room
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Flexible and adaptable to change
  • Can do attitude, forward thinking
