The Role

The Credit Control Team Leader will be responsible for:

  • Liaising with senior management and departmental heads to ensure effective cash flow management
  • Supervising a team of credit control professionals, providing input into hiring, training, and performance management
  • Oversight of a portfolio of accounts, ensuring timely and effective debt recovery
  • Developing relationships with external teams to facilitate effective collection of debt
  • Reviewing and developing processes, procedures, controls, and systems to improve cash flow management
