As a Business Development Consultant, you'll join our Business Development team, where, working with a panel of employee benefit consultants (EBC's) and the largest corporate financial advisers (CFA's), you'll meet potential new employer clients and be tasked with winning their pension scheme.

To do this you'll demonstrate our tech, our passion to help and the unique power of LBG.
You'll own and proactively manage a panel of Key EBC and CFA Accounts.

You'll build advocacy with key influencers allowing you to identify and secure new business and exceed both your own and the Business Development teams targets.

Your inquisitive nature will allow you to formulate and implement effective business plans.

You'll be a key member of our team, so you'll build effective working relationships with your colleagues in Business Development and key partners across the Workplace Platform and wider Group.

Strong organisational skills to manage business pipeline and 'follow up' aspects of the role, ensure processes are maintained to ensure accuracy of reporting.

Develop original, timely and creative solutions to sophisticated problems. Previous experience working in an EBC, CFA or Workplace Pensions Provider.
Excellent understanding of the workplace pensions market.
