Main duties of the job


The main duties of the post will be dealing with patients in a polite and confident manner, answering the telephones, liaising with clinicians and team members, and using our Emis Web clinical system.

This role will require a sensitive, empathetic manner.

Job responsibilities

Duties to include:
Welcoming patients and visitors, in person or on the telephone.

Answering and/or referring enquiries appropriately

Maintaining confidentiality of personal information.

Assisting in maintaining the smooth running of the reception office by carrying out general administrative and reception tasks.

Contribute to the team effort by working effectively as a valued team member.
