We are looking to recruit a Receptionist to join our expanding team here at Park Surgery. **CURRENT VACANCY WILL BE 20 HOURS A WEEK - 4 DAYS A WEEK, NO WEEKENDS, SHIFTS ARE EITHER 8-1 OR 1-6:30.** You must be flexible to cover additional hours as and when required (due to staff holidays, sickness etc). As Park is a very busy practice, you will need to be quick thinking and good at multi-tasking. You will be required to have excellent communication skills and the ability to provide our patients with a high quality service.

Your duties would include:

- Politely greeting patients and visitors to the practice
- Opening post and forwarding it onto the relevant departments
- Scanning, filing and all notes and patient record keeping
- Scheduling appointments for patients
- Updating the surgeries computer system with appointments and personal details
- Maintaining a clean reception area to show a professional image

Training will be provided by our Lead Receptionist and Practice Manager, but previous experience in a role such as this one is desirable. Trial period to be carried out.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £10.18-£10.42 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

- English (preferred)
