Lead, A+D Customer Service and Demand Planning

Your responsibilities will include:

o Ensure that all internal and external customers are properly serviced and according to the CSM stated service metrics.

o Complete BABTEC root cause analyse for CSD.
o Process monthly departmental SAP reports and staff follow-ups (i.e. Overdue Report)
o Perform monthly SAP training in the CSD meetings.
o Complete SAP testing requirements in Q system as assigned.
o Complete customer surveys and questioners when needed.
o Efficiently resolve all customer escalations by working with internal teams and divisions.
o Review weekly the blocked invoices/back log and rectify issues timely.
o Accurate review and complete invoice cancellation requests from CSR and other internal partners.
o Review incoming orders for accuracy of price, part number, quantity and contractual obligation.
o Perform all sales service order entry and support functions in accordance with published procedures.
o Visit customers, as required.
o Answer all incoming telephone calls/emails and return calls/emails within four (4) hours, if away from desk.
o Adhere to all regulations and guidelines contained in the Global Management System.
o Project work as assigned by VP.
o Manage monthly global S+OP meetings with outside sales.
o Compile global A+D forecast needs, validate data and enter totals into corporate demand planning tool.
o Authenticate and manage the rolling 18 month A+D global forecast.
Attend global demand planner meetings/events to ensure compatibility in processes and information sharing

Your profile
To be successful, you will need to have:


Education:


o Bachelor/Associates Degree in Business or related discipline, preferred.


Experience:

o Over ten years of customer service experience in a manufacturing environment with minimum of two years lead experience.

o Over five years of demand planning/forecasting experience in a manufacturing environment.
o Extensive prior SAP knowledge and strong leadership and technical problem solving skills


Skills:


o Strong SAP skills with respect to technical acumen and accuracy and prior SAP Key User experience.
o Accurate manufacturing demand planning and forecasting.
o Constructive teambuilding and encouraging coaching and mentoring skills of all CSR
o Work cohesively with other departments, company business units, both regionally and globally.
o Success in dealing confidently with internal and external customers to provide a positive customer service experience.

Must have the physical and mental abilities needed to perform all essential tasks listed; reasonable accommodations may be made to help the job holder perform essential tasks.

Must be able to work and respond well under sometimes stressful and demanding work conditions. Must be prepared to spend 10% of working time travelling.
