Customer Service Team Manager – Milton Keynes – Global Construction CompanyWe are currently recruiting for a world leading manufacturer in their field, have over 300 factories, 25,000+ employees and sales of £9+ billion in FY 2022. Last year alone they put their name to 85 new patents and invested over £190million into R&D/Innovation. We are looking for someone to train, coach and educate customer services employees from the point of their initial hire and on a continuous, ongoing basis.

Role:


You will be responsible for;Contribute to and maintain all the systems, procedures and practices which support the sales and customer service function Complete monthly one to one performance reviewsCarry out induction of new recruits, develop ongoing training plans for all team members and review effectiveness of trainingEnsure achievement of customer service key performance indicatorsProactively identify and implement order process improvementsEnsure that workload volume is effectively organisedCandidate:The ideal candidate will;Relevant supervisory experience within a Customer Services environment Experience of delivering individual/group coaching to improve professionalism and customer serviceHigh standard of computer literacy, including experience of setting up reports to show performance and progress against department KPIsSAP system knowledgeExperience of working within a busy, fast paced and demanding environment High attention to detailExcellent written and communication skills Package:Basic Salary up to £40,000Bonus25 days annual leave, PLUS bank holidays (increases over time)Pension schemePrivate healthcareLife assuranceEmployee assistance programLong service awardsThis is a great chance to join a market leading company who can offer a huge amount of career potential moving forward.
