We are pleased to be partnering with a top Social Housing contractor in the search for a dynamic and skilled Customer Service Manager to join their team located in Finsbury Park. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual keen on advancing their career with an industry-leading contractor.

As the Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire customer service function for the Repairs & Maintenance Contractor, which includes planning, customer care, and managing complaints.

Your main tasks will involve:

  • Prior experience in Social Housing repairs and upkeep
  • Managing a planning function for a mobile workforce, particularly within the Social Housing / Facilities Management field
  • Championing customer service excellence and resolving complaints effectively
