Customer Financial Services Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Financial Services Executive to join our team at 3R Truck Service in London. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional financial solutions and customer service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Enquiries: Act as the primary point of contact, handling all telephone enquiries from prospective and existing customers with professionalism and courtesy.
  2. In-Life Processes: Responsible for all in-life processes, such as settlement requests, reschedules, account queries, refunds, and cash reconciliations.
  3. Internal Liaison: Liaise with internal departments assisting with both in-life requests & customer queries.
  4. Customer Data: Maintain customer data to ensure it is up to date.
  5. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend changes to enhance our customer service delivery.

Requirements:

  1. Experience: Proven experience as a Customer Service Executive or similar role in the finance industry, with a strong understanding of asset finance or related sectors.
  2. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-centric approach.
  3. Numerical Skills: Good numerical skills and excellent attention to detail.
  4. CMS Experience: Experience in dealing with CRM systems or the ability to learn new system processes.
  5. Industry Knowledge: Experience within the Asset Finance industry or the ability to learn about the finance products we offer.
  6. Procedure Writing: Can help create and write customer service procedures.
