About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled UK Financial Services Manager to join our EMEA Sales team at Macrobond Financial. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, serving as their primary contact and trusted advisor.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Understand client needs and objectives, and proactively identify opportunities to provide value and meet their business goals.
  • Partner with our Sales Team leader to deliver account plans and strategies to grow revenue, expand product and service offerings, and achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to deliver tailored solutions and exceed client expectations.
  • Monitor and analyze account performance metrics, such as sales data, customer satisfaction, and renewal rates, to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans.

  • A consultative sales approach, with strong sales and persuasion skills, and the ability to effectively communicate value propositions and handle objections.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a natural ability to build relationships and earn trust.
