Job Title: Financial Services Professional

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Services Professional to join our team at Randstad Financial & Professional. As an Investment Adviser, you will be responsible for providing expert financial guidance to high net worth individuals, families, and business owners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish a client base of high net worth individuals, families, and business owners.
  • Foster trusted, long-term relationships using personalized service and advice.
  • Understand clients' investment plans and objectives to advise portfolio construction, including overall asset allocation, tactical shifts, and security selection.
  • Monitor and adjust investments based on current market conditions.
  • Manage and advise clients to invest their assets and manage their financial needs.
  • Conduct comprehensive reviews of clients' financial portfolios and provide quality advice on strategic investments.
  • Grow new assets by identifying and developing new business opportunities from existing client bases.
  • Convert non-active assets into assets managed with an investment management mandate or on an advisory basis.
  • Follow through on the investment actions approved by clients.
  • Maintain proper documentation of investment actions taken on behalf of clients.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of investment products.

Requirements:

  • Applicants are expected to hold the required qualifications and abide by the standards set by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).
  • In the case of CISI-Level 4 Investment Advisor Diploma, applicants are expected to hold Securities and Derivatives diplomas.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar Investment Advisor position.
  • FIA/FFA, CFA, or equivalent qualifications are preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of financial markets, in all asset classes and investment vehicles (FX, bonds, stocks, funds, derivatives, structured products, hedge funds, PEs).
  • Client and service-oriented personality with excellent selling and presentation skills, ability to communicate complex subjects at different levels.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and trustworthy team player.
  • Excellent written and oral skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Profound knowledge of MS Office and Bloomberg.
