Customer Financial Services Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Financial Services Executive to join our team at 3R Truck Service. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional financial solutions and customer service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Act as the primary point of contact for customers, handling all telephone enquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
  2. Manage in-life processes, including settlement requests, reschedules, account queries, refunds, and cash reconciliations.
  3. Liaise with internal departments to assist with customer requests and queries.
  4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data.
  5. Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend changes to enhance customer service delivery.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience as a Customer Service Executive or similar role in the finance industry, with a strong understanding of asset finance or related sectors.
  2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-centric approach.
  3. Good numerical skills and attention to detail.
  4. Experience with CRM systems or the ability to learn new system processes.
  5. Knowledge of the Asset Finance industry or the ability to learn about our finance products.
  6. Ability to create and write customer service procedures.
