RE Recruitment are looking for a Sales Office Administrator to join our client based in Ludlow.


This is an exciting opportunity for a reliable and hardworking individual to join a well-established local business during a period of continued growth.

This role is for 8hr day shifts; 9am to 5.30pm - 30min lunch break.

Main responsibilities:

  • Work alongside colleagues in the Sales Team providing quotations and pricing information to customers
  • Handling customers' orders and working to strict deadlines
  • Assisting customers with website ordering
  • Handling incoming calls and webchats for the Sales Department (purely reactive)
  • Maintain customer databases and update regularly
  • Compile sales packs for customers ready to be mailed
  • Compile relevant weekly and monthly reports for the Sales Manager
  • Liaising with customers and suppliers
  • Must be courteous and focused on providing a consistently high standard of service
  • Good phone manner
  • Must be standards driven and detailorientated
  • Must have the ability to multitask in fastpaced environment
  • Have a strong administrative and organisational background
  • IT literate with experience of databases and MS Office
  • Experience in a similar role would be advantageous
