We are looking to recruit a Temporary Staffing Lead to join our team to help us deliver an customer focused and efficient rostering and temporary staffing service.


You will be responsible for the temporary staffing administration across the Trust and will have day to day management responsibilities for the temporary staffing team.


You will be able to work over a 7 day shift pattern including working on weekends and Bank Holidays ensuring that the office is covered for the service hours required.

Office opening hours are currently 9-5pm weekdays and 8-1pm at weekends.


We need an approachable, analytical, well organised individual with excellent communication skills who can work within a challenging, dynamic and fast moving environment.

An ability to build relationships to collaboratively deliver successful solutions is essential.


You will have strong organising and prioritising skills and excellent keyboard, database and Excel spreadsheets skills with experience of producing reports in a variety of formats.


You will also have experience of working in an NHS resourcing setting with temporary staffing coordination experience including experience in using relevant systems e.g.
