**What you can expect**:

- Salary: £21k - £25k per annum, pro-rata depending on experience
- Potential for Hybrid working after successful probation period

**What you will be doing**:

- Managing stock returns, liaising with suppliers and general associated duties
- General administration and accounts support
- Transactions involved in the day to day running of the purchase and sales ledgers
- Daily banking, cash allocations and balancing day books
- Purchase ledger statement reconciliation and bank reconciliations
- Chasing debtors (credit control) including data entry and working across spreadsheets and the company CRM systems
- Using an automated EDI system successfully

**What we are looking for**:

- Strong administrator ideally with previous experience supporting a finance team
- Good customer service skills, with an excellent telephone manner
- Strong computer skills across Microsoft packages, CRM’s, and Sage
- Ability to work efficiently with high attention to detail
