Site Administration Support

We are looking for an efficient and organised Operations Administrator to join our successful and growing company with experience in the Hospitality Industry.
We have recently opened the George Inn, Ludlow and are seeking an Operations Administrator to support our friendly restaurant team.
Part time hours (day times) 6 - 8 hours per week.
**What does the role entail?**
This Operations Administrator role will be a very varied position where you will support our friendly and dynamic General Managers at sites (our Pubs) with a variety of project work, that will include:
- HR and Payroll administration including Team Inductions, appraisals, systems training.
- Supporting team and company communications.
- Co-ordination of training for managers and teams
- Due Diligence records and administration. Supporting the completion of Health and Safety checks.
- Supporting the preparation of kitchen and Health & Safety audits
- Co-ordinating maintenance requirements.

You will be adaptable and flexible to the changing needs at site. You will have excellent communication skills, have a self
- driven aptitude, IT skills (Word, Excel) and a supportive personality. You must possess good initiative and attention to detail whilst striving to create great working relationships with your colleagues. Working hours can be flexible to suit individual requirements and those of the site.
