Medical Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Medical and Clinical Administrator to join our Adult Mental Health Services team in Ludlow. As a key member of our administrative team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality administrative support to our Consultant Psychiatrists, Doctors, and Clinical Leads.
Main Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to Consultant Psychiatrists, Doctors, and Clinical Leads, including typing clinical letters, diary and clinic management, and message taking.
- Confidently handle complex queries of a sensitive nature, using your own initiative to proactively resolve problems.
- Minute taking and day-to-day operational tasks to support the Consultant Psychiatrists, Doctors, and Clinical Leads.
- Previous secretarial/administrative experience, with a good understanding of office procedures.
- Excellent typing skills and ability to transcribe from audio with precision and speed.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, with a confident and professional approach.
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team, with a willingness to travel to other locations as required.
